Remove auto Start from AppInit_DLLs: Regedit, navigate to: LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows and clear any value in it, and rename it. Then start something, like notepad, go back to regedit,
hit F5 to refresh and see if it comes back. If yes - you screwed... and see
